At Veda Cabs, we strive to provide a seamless and hassle-free experience for our customers. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds for bookings made through our website www.vedacabs.com, mobile app, or customer service.

  1. Cancellation Policy
  • Customers can cancel their booking at any time before the scheduled pickup time.
  • Free Cancellations:Cancellations made at least 24 Hours before the pickup time will be eligible for a full refund.
  • Late Cancellations:If a cancellation is made within 12 Hours of the scheduled pickup time, a cancellation fee of 50% may apply.
  • No-Show Policy:If the customer does not show up at the pickup location within 30 minutes of the scheduled time, the booking will be considered a no-show and may not be eligible for a refund.
  1. Refund Policy
  • Full Refund:If a booking is cancelled within the eligible free cancellation period, a full refund will be processed.
  • Partial Refund:If a cancellation occurs within the late cancellation window, the refund will be subject to the applicable cancellation fee.
  • No Refund:No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations made after the ride has commenced.
  • Refund Processing Time:Approved refunds will be processed within 3-7 Working Days business days and credited back to the original payment method.
  1. Special Circumstances
  • In case of delays or cancellations due to unforeseen events (such as weather conditions, strikes, or government regulations), customers may be eligible for a full refund or reschedulingat no additional cost.
  • If Veda Cabs is unable to fulfill a booking due to operational issues, a full refund will be issued.
